Every once in a while, you stumble upon nuggets of gold on the Internet. Some wise piece of wisdom that you’ve never heard of before. This isn’t one of them. This is a post about something so obvious that you wonder why it was made in the first place.
Ladies and gentlemen…I present to you this post:

Out of nowhere, Captain Obvious (whose real identity is Brendan Chong) leaps to the rescue with a blindly obvious pearl of wisdom.
Now before I tear into Brendan, I have to make something clear.
I do agree wholeheartedly with his message.
There are some in society who view food delivery riders and other similarly labor-intensive jobs as low class. I’ve never gotten that point of view.
A job is a job, somebody needs to do it and if these people are willing to, more power to them! Why the need to look down on them just because they get paid lesser than you? So what? Does that impact you in any way at all? They’re not taking your money, so what’s with the discrimination?
I don’t have one issue with Brendan’s message. Hell, I’m completely 100% on board with it. If I needed money bad, I’d freaking take any of the jobs Brendan mentioned in a heartbeat, with zero shame.
In fact, being a cargo pilot seems damn cool!
No no…what makes this post special is that nobody asked for it. It’s not the current social zeitgeist, it just came out of nowhere…and posted in a Facebook group about complaints.
Not only is the post off topic, it’s blindingly obvious. That’s a double dose of useless for you.
Adel Teo feels the same way and pretty much captures the sentiment I’m going for.

Yo Brendan…maybe you’d want to try posting your stuff in social advocacy groups or something instead of a Facebook group dedicated to complaints?
I think that’d get you a better response other than ridicule and eye rolling.
