The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has effectively built up and cemented itself as one of the best in the entertainment industry. After a prolonged hiatus, mostly due to the restrictions of Covid-19, the MCU is making its way back with WandaVision.
In the revamped Phase 4 lineup, we’ll be getting the aforementioned Disney+ tv series first before any big movies. The series will see Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany reprising their roles as Wanda Maximoff and Vision respectively from the MCU.

Disney has been tight-lipped on revealing anything more than their teasers and trailers have, but it’s safe to assume that show will centre greatly on Wanda Maximoff losing control of her powers. It’s still unclear if Vision is alive or just some hallucination, but its something to look forward to as everything unravels down the line.
WandaVision will stream exclusively on Disney+ this coming Friday, on January 15, with the release of its first two episodes. Then it will revert to releasing one episode per week as the norm and eventually concluding the series on March 5.

All in all, hopefully, WandaVision lives up to the hype that it has been generating among the fans. I hope that we finally get to see Wanda use her powers to the extent that she’s truly capable, like in the comics!
