On December 27, two lorries were caught in an accident that halted traffic for hours at Yishun Dam. Due to the accident, one of the lorries was close to toppling over the dam.
At the scene of the incident, a cyclist was recorded; paying more attention to the accident than the road. He was also caught using his phone, possibly trying to take a picture of the scene.
As he rode away, the cyclist still chose to look back at the scene instead of paying attention to what’s in front of him. His curiosity caused him to crashed into a stationary car that was parked there, causing the rear windshield to break. And instead of handling the situation he had created, the cyclist seemingly left.
The owner of the car has since lodged a police complaint.
