Human cruelty is a horrible thing, and once we are forced to view how dangerous it can be.
On December 12, at Block 470B on Fernvale Link, the remains of a cat were found by cleaners. If that wasn’t horrifying enough, one the limbs of the cat were cut off and found nearby to the body.
SPCA was alerted to the incident, and the cat was later identified as a tabby cat by independent cat rescuer Fiona Loh.
Shortly after, the knife used in severing the limb of the cat was found hidden by the pipes of a riser.
The case is being investigated as animal abuse.
