TikTok is all the rage now, with almost everyone using it to entertain themselves. And thanks to one TikToker’s meaningful post, a real difference was made for the residents living in Punggol.
On December 2, TikTok user @justmillennial pointed out the flaws of one particular sheltered walkway that did not connect to the bus stop. Instead, the path is cut off and obstructed, which makes using the walkway during downpours, impossible.
The post since then has blown up and caught the attention of relevant authorities, finally prompting an action. On December 6, the TikToker pointed out that work had begun on the infrastructure.
