Darth Vader is probably the only greatest villain to have made an impact across generations. Thus, to embody an icon such as that, George Lucas split the roles into two: voice and body. James Earl Jones was hired to give Vader his menacing voice while David Prowse was hired for his massive build to portray the physical aspect of Vader.
But as it turns out, even such iconic actors are not safe from the coronavirus. David Prowse had been in the hospital for two weeks battling the virus, before passing on.
His passing is felt strongly by his friends, family and fans all around the world. Yet another legend lost to the year of 2020.
