WHO advises everyone to exercise weekly.

Due to the pandemic, many of us are finding ourselves at home a little too much nowadays. Thus lacking the usual exercise we’d usually get by spending our time outside during weekends.

And even though it’s still an uncertain time, the World Health Organization (WHO) is urging everyone to get some exercises done.

WHO advises that adults ranging from ages 18 to 64, should at least get 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity weekly. If that’s too much, then a minimum 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week is also optimal.
