Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombie Onslaught mode gets struck with exclusivity.

Last week, PlayStation Blog revealed more information on the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War with their new Zombies Onslaught mode that would be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and 5 for a year until November 1, 2021.

In hindsight, we probably should have seen it coming based on how aggressive Sony has been with its exclusivity for most of its games like Marvel’s Avengers since the last Call of Duty.

Despite all of that, Zombies Onslaught seems like an interesting take on the existing Zombie mode. The mode is a 2-player co-op experience that’s extremely fast-paced, so expect to be continuously on your toes with a decent buddy as your back up when things start to turn ugly.

Zombies Onslaught will not only utilize the available multiplayer maps in the game to give you a sense of familiarity of the surroundings, but it will also allow you to use your very own custom loadouts for a more personal touch.

With all that said, players who will be getting Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on any other platform except the PlayStation, will still have to wait a whole year to enjoy this content. Now that is unfair.
