Service disruptions are horrible situations for any Network provider, and it’s especially bad if it’s during the work hours of your customers. StarHub just faced that situation today.
People around the country started bombarding StarHub’s hotlines and Facebook page as soon as they experienced network issues at their workplace. The problem seemed to have only originated from businesses that used StarHub’s broadband, and it’s unclear if household broadband were affected as well.
StarHub quickly rectified the issues and thanked everyone for their patience and understanding. However, this doesn’t look good for them, as this was not their first disruption. StarHub was recently fined for its internet service disruptions that happened during the circuit breaker.
